Sexual Abuse

Mr. Waterman has substantial experience and success with sexual abuse matters. He had handled cases of sexual abuse perpetrated by clergy, employers, babysitters, and family members of the victims. Sexual abuse victims present unique damages, needs and issues with which an uninitiated practitioner may be unfamiliar. Special care must be exercised in prosecuting the civil versus criminal aspects of every sexual abuse.
Mr. Waterman has handled sexual abuse cases in Williamsburg, Newport News and Rhode Island. The disposition of all sexual abuse cases is forethought and confidential.
